Michigan Work Injury Lawyer
Results-Driven Representation for Your Workers' Comp or SSD Claim
Injured and disabled people need experienced, results-driven legal representation. That is exactly what we deliver at Adler Firm, PLLC, where our Michigan workers’ compensation attorney has been helping people get benefits and compensation they need since the 1980s. We look out for the needs of our clients now and in the long term. Our attorney provides comprehensive representation, pursuing compensation for both the initial injury in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters, as well as any ongoing Social Security Disability compensation when needed. Obtaining good representation should never be out of reach. With offices in Traverse City and Detroit, we are conveniently located to advocate for individuals throughout Michigan.
Though accessing your benefits after a workplace accident may seem like a straightforward process, it’s often complicated. Filing a claim successfully requires paperwork, evidence, documentation, and more, and it’s not uncommon for workers’ comp claims to be denied the first time by employers and insurance companies, even if you deserve to be compensated. Our attorney has decades of experience helping clients file claims, make appeals, and prepare for hearings, and has helped workers across a wide range of industries, from construction to healthcare to the auto industry.
Our attorney goes above and beyond to help all injured individuals, not just workers. If you’ve been injured in an accident caused by negligence, you deserve swift justice in the form of compensation. We’ve successfully achieved billions of dollars in damages for clients that include medical bills, lost wages, property damage, pain and suffering, and more. You deserve to reclaim your life and have a secure future ahead after your accident – we can calculate your current expenses and future costs so we can help you work towards this outcome.
Some accidents we’ve handled include car accidents, construction accidents, dog bites, medical malpractice, motorcycle accidents, nursing home negligence, pedestrian accidents, product liability, truck accidents, and more. We also help clients who suffer from catastrophic injuries like spinal cord injuries and brain trauma.
Navigating the Social Security system is a whole other beast that required the experience and professionalism of an attorney. We’re well-versed on qualifying medical conditions and can help you determine whether your condition makes you eligible to apply for the SSA’s programs, including Social Security Disability (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). We’re able to help you apply for benefits and can offer you options when you feel helpless after your claim has been denied.
In all our practice areas, we are ready to get involved as soon as you think you may need us. Timing and professionalism matter. Whereas other law firms may handle only claim denials, for example, we offer guidance when you file a workers’ compensation claim and while you are being paid benefits.
We can also help you prepare and file your Social Security Disability application, greatly improving the chance that you may never have to go through a lengthy, costly, and stressful hearing process.
We must get results for you to earn any attorney fees. You pay us only if and when you receive compensation or benefits. This means that if we take your case, we believe in your case — and you can count on a determined effort to win.
